Strata Management Assistant

Mountain Creek Properties Ltd. requires a full-time Strata Management Assistant to start immediately.

The successful candidate will work with licensed property managers while having the capability and desire to become a licensed Strata Manager within six months. In this role there is a requirement to attend strata council meetings where there will be some evening and weekend work required along with being in an on-call rotation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Time management skills & the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to be a self starter and a team player.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • The ability to work well under stress and to deal with emergencies, handle conflicts and find appropriate solutions to various issues.
  • The ability to liaise with strata council members, building owners and residents, in person and by telephone and email.
